The Apostille… What was that?
November 26, 2022For almost two dozen clients, the Schomerus law firm has obtained almost 500,000 euros in damages before the National Court after a period of approximately 19 years of judicial investigation (!!!) and a trial that lasted several weeks. This judgment comes too late, and the penalties are minimal, and many hundreds or even thousands of victims have left empty-handed because they have not had the courage or patience to participate in such a process. In the case of others, the court refused to pay damages because the internal link between the companies mentioned in the contracts and the individuals convicted in the lawsuit could not be demonstrated in a sufficiently certain way for the judges.
