Dozens of sentences against Grupo Anfi

Several dozen, perhaps hundreds of court decisions against Grupo Anfi companies have been handed down in recent years for irregularities and legal violations in the area of timeshare contracts offered by the companies. At first, the amounts obtained in court could be collected, even with bank guarantees. In the meantime, however, executions frequently fail and bank accounts appear to have been emptied. Since the responsible companies often did not respond to court requests to indicate other assets either, the Las Palmas Public Prosecutor launched an investigation months ago on suspicion of a criminal offense to the detriment of creditors.
