November 26, 2022Dozens, perhaps hundreds, of court rulings against Anfi Group companies have been handed down in recent years for irregularities and legal violations in the area of time-share contracts offered by the companies. At the beginning, the amounts that were judged could still be provided, then at least bank guarantees were provided. In the meantime, however, the executions are in vain, since at least the bank accounts seem to have been emptied. Enforcement in real estate values is often not simply due to the nested structures in the “Anfi Group”
Since the companies responsible often did not respond to court requests to name other assets, the public prosecutor’s office in Las Palmas initiated an investigation months ago on suspicion of an offence under the Spanish Criminal Code.
In addition, however, it is being studied whether certain companies of the above-mentioned group of companies are placed under judicial administration.
